Exciting role managing portfolio of global corporate clients and corporate structures and managing team including meeting deadlines and acting as point of contact for client queries.  Postholder will assist in providing and sharing technical knowledge to enable technical support and training to direct reports; ensure high quality client service levels by delivering on client expectations; prepare for and conduct client meetings; attend client meetings and produce board minutes; manage output and requirements of meetings; keep updated with industry changes and industry standards; provide administrative services in relation to on-boarding and due diligence compilation process for new clients; maintain strong client relationships to increase the potential for repeat business and referrals.

Candidate will be educated to degree level, preferably professionally qualified, ICSA/STEP/ACCA, with at least three years' industry experience; sound knowledge of Jersey finance industry and an awareness of local relevant legislation is essential; client focused with an ability to listen and understand clients' needs and consistently exceed their expectations; desire to build and maintain technical skills and expertise; excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with clients; positive attitude to work and client expectations; strong people management skills, team player displaying a positive attitude.

Role to be based in Jersey, Guernsey or London.
