Marketing and Communications Executive (FTC)

The candidate will support marketing, comms, branding, digital channels, CRM, admin and events with strong organisation, accuracy and teamwork.

The role manages key external communication platforms, oversees consistent application of the firm’s visual identity, and handles core team administration such as invoicing, onboarding logistics, and branded material distribution. 

 

Responsibilities include coordinating written content with internal teams, supporting marketing elements of business development initiatives, maintaining accurate CRM data, and assisting with campaigns that align practice groups with strategic objectives. The position also contributes to planning and staffing events. 

 

The ideal candidate brings strong organisational and IT skills, an understanding of social media, and preferably experience with CRM systems. Effective prioritisation, accuracy, flexibility, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential. Strong interpersonal skills support collaboration with colleagues and clients. 

 

The role requires adherence to regulatory policies, commitment to ongoing professional development, and alignment with the organisation’s core behaviours.
