Exciting role helping to plan and manage marketing plan and devise and implement strategic marketing, promotion and communication initiatives to drive sales and/or engagement targets; act as brand guardian; provide recommendations on future brand identity opportunities; develop concepts and detailed briefs for marketing team members to assist in relation to advertising and marketing strategies/plans; manage relationships with external marketing agencies and external publications; ensure consistent delivery of in store point of sale and internal branding requirements to enhance customer shopping experience; ensure relevant business units informed of marketing plans and objectives; determine KPIs and measurements for marketing activity; support marketing team in marketing campaigns and activity to include evaluating marketing activity effectiveness; coach marketing colleagues; responsible for legal and business compliance and maintaining due diligence in Health & Safety.

Requirements are demonstrable experience as a marketing professional; proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns; excellent  analytical, communication and management skills; broad understanding of business and broader co-operative movement; creative thinking; campaign planning knowledge; data driven thinker; proof reading and copy writing abilities; strong team ethic and ability to build relationships; relevant professional qualifications; strategic thinker; managing change; customer focused; flexible; self motivated; accuracy.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
