New Business Administrator (1)

This is a key operational role that supports new business strategy and reports directly to the new business manager and dealing with the flow of new business enquiries; producing proposals quickly when enquiries received; preparing new business files; maintain operational and strategic business systems; assess the due diligence requirements for onboarding new client relationships; ensure smooth transfer of new business to company secretarial or administrative staff; maintain close working relationships; production of reports from time to time for board of directors; provide boards with overall management support; maintain data regarding business development efforts, intermediaries and introducers.
Candidate must be well organised; able to work under pressure and to deadlines; keen attention to detail; good understanding of local fiduciary and fund regulations and laws; knowledge of such frameworks in UK, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Hong Kong, Singapore and Bahamas; common sense and good use of initiative; good communication skills; experience in Jersey financial services industry; good knowledge of AML requirements; training will be provided.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
