Description

This position is a key operational role supporting new business strategy and dealing with new business enquiries and production of proposals.  Postholder will prepare new business files; maintain operational and strategic business systems; work with head of risk and compliance
to assess due diligence requirements for onboarding new client relationships; ensure smooth transfer of new business to company secretarial or admin staff; maintain close working relationships with other offices; produce reports from time to time for board of directors; provide boards with overall management support; maintain data regarding business development efforts, intermediaries and introducers.

Requirements are to be well organised; able to work under pressure and to deadlines; keen attention to detail; good understanding of local fiduciary and fund regulations and laws and some knowledge of such frameworks in other similar offshore jurisdictions; good use of initiative; good communication skills; experience with Jersey financial services industry with good knowledge of AML requirements is useful.  Training will be provided as well as a Financial Assistance Policy to promote further study.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
