Description
Exciting entry level position, duties to involve preparing meeting rooms, greeting visitors and co-coordinating logistics for external events; managing agendas, travel arrangements, internal and external appointments; using various channels to support internal communications; organising courier services and managing the post; monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring use of sustainable solutions whenever possible;
supporting marketing presence across print, social media and website, in absence of Marketing Associate; organising ordering of clients and intermediary gifts; assisting HR manager with admin including recruitment, new staff on boarding and training; supporting Social and Charity Committees.
Candidate must be good at building and maintaining relationships; friendly, professional attitude; excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills, attention-to-detail; able to quickly adapt to a changing environment; track record of high performance and working to deadlines; initiative, enthusiasm and confidence to complete projects; familiar with MS Office suite and an aptitude to learn new software systems; hard working and sociable attitude; ability to perform well under pressure; able to juggle changing priorities; sense of humour; eager to learn and enquiring mind.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
