Great role supporting RMs and customers with consultancy support on CDD and AML requirements; participate in initiatives to improve customer service, processes and procedures; providing crucial support to customers and colleagues in contact centres; responding to and investigating queries; support business processes; developing understanding of customer and business needs to suggest improvements and increase efficiency; ensuring CDD meets high level operational and regulatory requirements; acting as liaison between other teams to coordinate activities and mitigate impact of incidents; keeping accurate records of operations, logging incidents and identifying trends; creating and maintaining accurate customer records; reviewing manual or ineffective processes which could be automated or enhanced; focus on improving customer service and experiences.
Candidate must have excellent planning and organisational skills; good attention to detail; able to perform well under pressure; able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy; proven high level experience in CDD and AML; experience of understanding fund clients and structures; exceptional high level of risk awareness; experience of analysing and using performance data; ability to convey information in a simple and understandable way; understanding of contact centre operations and performance metrics; MS skills, including Excel; ability to learn new systems.
Candidate must be entitled to work in either Guernsey or Jersey.
