Description

Our client seeks the right person to deliver first-class service to corporate clients and individual shareholders within Employee Share Plans business, prepare, batch and release payments in banking system, complete bank account opening/closing documents, place stopped instructions via bankers on lost/stolen dividend cheques and manually issue replacement dividend cheques; administer share movement transactions to meet settlement dates; input and process trade transactions; resolve broker or registrar queries; arrange settlement of trades; process removal/cross boarder/depository interest transactions; allot or remove shares to increase/decrease the issued share capital of companies on the share register; run monthly/quarterly registers; secure File Transfer ownership; review Daily Issued Share Capital report; prepare mailing matrix; maintain accurate records on internal systems; answer correspondence; scanning and filing; assist with projects; organise and process post and couriers.

Candidate must have high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail; ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines in accordance with SLAs; excellent organisation and communication skills; able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks; ability to follow detailed processes; sound computer skills, able to adapt to and apply new technologies; at least grade C or 4 and above at GCSE level English and Mathematics, or equivalent qualification.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
