The successful candidate will process a portfolio of client payrolls on a monthly or weekly basis.

Key duties include:

  • Collating timesheets and appropriate payroll records
  • Inputting timesheets to payroll system
  • Calculating pay for the period
  • Preparing payroll reports for review and approval
  • Providing client with relevant payroll reports and payslips

You will need:

  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Understanding of current payroll legislation
  • To be a team player, but also able to work alone
  • Analytical thinking ability
