Great role opportunity assisting with: maintaining and filing fund documentation within Private Equity Team, preparing fund distribution and call notices to investors in accordance including sending notices to investors; preparing payment instructions accurately for approved invoices, FX transactions, investments and distributions; preparing investor correspondence template for sending monthly financial reports and notices; updating static data of investors including bank details; updating foreign exchange log, invoices log and other monitoring logs; preparing bridge facility reporting; execution of documents and other client and investor requests; liaise with clients, external auditors regarding custom reporting and projects for specific investor needs; liaise with internal and external auditors and assist with year end/interim audit process; input in relation to review and monitoring of existing business processes and checklists; assist Co Sec with preparation of agendas, board minutes and board packs and in updating logs including minutes, shareholder and loan note registers.
The successful candidate will be willing to study towards ICSA/ACCA/ACA; good communication, problems solving, time management and organisational skills; team player; able to meet deadlines; attention to detail; strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel; able to prioritise.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.< back to vacancies
