Purpose of role is to provide PE Fund administration and corporate and investor services to PE funds ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, fund documentation, legal and regulatory requirements, operational policies and procedures, internal and external deadlines and client SLAs, including liaising with compliance and CDD specialist teams.  Postholder will assist in preparing fund distribution and call notices to investors and send to investors; assist in preparing payment instructions for approved invoices, distribution, payments, FX transactions and investments; update fund investors static data including bank details and updating FX and invoices logs; assist in preparing bridge facility reporting; liaise with auditors and clients regarding daily Fund accounting and custom reporting and projects for specific investor needs; input to reviewing and monitoring existing business processes to maximise productivity and efficiency; assist with year end/interim audit process via monitored timetable and audit requirement list; assist co sec with preparing and compiling board packs and minutes and updating logs including minutes, shareholder and loan note registers; deal with investor queries and maintain databases; analyse investment proposals to ensure potential fund acquisition meets fund investment criteria. 

Candidate will have at least one year experience and be willing to study for ICSA/ACCA/ACA/equivalent; effective administrative, problem solving and time management skills; competent in MS Excel and Word; able to prioritise and multi-task to deadlines and under pressure.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
