Description

Our client seeks the ideal candidate to control management of allocated discretionary and advisory managed portfolios to maximise value of funds; develop long term relationships with clients, support marketing initiatives and identify and mitigate risk in-line with legislation and best practice.  He/she will participate in investment committees and meetings; contribute to global monitored list and equity models by leading coverage of selection of stocks; provide input with investment expertise and strategy and general asset management; evaluate client portfolios to keep them informed of position and verify appropriate fees/commission charged; deliver formal presentations and attend client meetings; compile client investment proposals and seek out cross-selling opportunities; provide investment training; maintain compliance with AML laws; identify and escalate fraud, bribery, insider training and unusual client activities; keep CRM records; contribute to new projects/system implementation initiatives; monitor and consolidate client feedback; identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The successful candidate should have a CISI IAD Level 4 qualification and be working towards CISI PCIAM Level 6/equivalent; Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management; qualifications in Finance and Accounting; solid experience of working in Investment Management; proficiency in quantitative analysis; client business case planning; deal appraisal; exception handling; International Market Knowledge; product development.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
