This role is vital from initial client introduction.  Postholder will maintain static data, manage and retain client relationships with high net worth individuals; and ensure excellent service delivery; respond to client queries; administer some client reviews; assist with training; application of IMMUNE and FORCE rules; respond to client valuation, statement or audit requests; track routine client reporting processes and escalate with bankers; ensure client engagement documentation recorded on client files; obtain reports for clients on issues arising; validate compliance time and quality targets; co-ordinate client service remediation activities; drive documentation process for client take on, closure and death, new account set up, closure of dormant accounts, Trust estate processing; Portfolio creation; Stock Transitions and transfers; manage client file details and ensure remediation of incomplete KYC data; money transmission, standing orders and payment processing following client instruction and including engagement on sanctions checks; monitoring client debit/credit balances and client portfolio holdings on internal systems.

Candidate will have knowledge of business processes and policies; strong numeracy, communication and relationship building skills; team player; good judgement to prevent fraud; competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant IT skills; knowledge of regulations applying to bank and clients; attention to detail; knowledge of internal risk management, compliance, AML procedures and constant vigilance in respect of them.  Good customer service basic banking background is sufficient.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
