Private Client Director

The purpose of this exciting role is to forge and enhance relationships with demanding, complex, and/or ultra-high net worth clients and intermediaries to provide quality service and best possible client offering whilst maximising returns, with responsibility for revenue budget, management, development and training needs, and appraisals. Postholder will minimise business risk and encourage compliance with policies, risk management, and treating customers fairly; meet financial and non-financial targets; act as technician and expert point of reference for team; support development of team members; act as individual director of client companies; conduct appraisal interviews and agree personal development plans; conduct interviews and recruitment; achieve personal and team targets reviewing monthly; contribute to strategic direction of Fiduciary Services; develop and sustain broad technical knowledge across products and services; update personal knowledge of intermediary/wealth management market; attend client meetings and maintain full records.
Candidate will have relevant trust and company experience in a Senior position; meet principle person requirements of local trust company regulator; be Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators/hold Diploma in Offshore Finance & Administration/STEP Diploma in Offshore Trust Management/Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers/IFS/STEP Diploma for England and Wales (Trusts and Estates; desirably hold ICSA/ACCA/ACA; understanding of relevant laws of local jurisdiction; in-depth knowledge of duties of a Fiduciary; track record of supervisory/management role; attention to detail and accuracy; able to deal with conflicting demands under pressure; effective communication skills.
