Postholder will manage collation and follow up of actual deal project costs against budget for all active capital fund investments, which includes liaison with the deal team on each project, at inception through to completion or abandon.  He/she will provide and further develop MI through reports to relevant boards and stakeholders on project status, supplier spend and controlling initiatives and controlling of legal and other costs on a dedicated invoice portal; oversee processing on in-house system for payment of received invoices; manage and develop Fund Administrator and Office Manager/ Admin assistant who handle the processing of the majority of invoices and online payments in EQ; implement new systems/upgrades; liaison with outsourced admin provider who processes the majority of invoices; manage handling of and response to inbound queries collected via a central inbox; provide Director support across various workstreams.

Demonstrable experience of being able to manage several workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic and fast paced environment is required, along with general IT capability on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF; willingness to learn new systems where in-house ones are used.  Whilst an accountancy qualification may be an advantage for this role no professional qualification is required.  Structured training in a large organisation may be an advantage. Experience of working in a smaller office environment and company will be highly regarded as roles can be fluid in a small team.  The successful candidate will be adaptable in communication style to suit various stakeholders with attention to detail and accuracy, good multi-tasking and time management skills.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
