Exciting opportunity to participate in project planning, design, testing and implementation phases and define requirements and business needs. Postholder will monitor project progress and report on problems and resolutions and progress; implement changes; identify resources and skills required; raise and track issues and conflicts, resolve minor project issues and escalate; lead on some aspects of organisational change; establish clear goals for allocated work streams, prioritize demands and produce detailed project schedule; help develop communication strategy with stakeholders and establish a communication plan; manage timelines, costs and risks; identify and manage risks; ensure project completion criteria met; conduct project review; evaluate performance against defined project goals.
Candidate will be educated to Degree level and Prince 2 Practitioner; proven experience in change management and risk management; knowledge of project management techniques and tools; knowledge of local trust administration systems and of delivering projects within financial industry would be an advantage; ability to resolve problems and conflicts; ability to prioritise own and others work; motivation; attention to detail; organisational and decision-making abilities; ability to inspire others; adaptable; "can do" attitude; proactive; results driven.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
