Description
The candidate will join the company at a key stage in its development, as it seeks to play an enhanced role in the continued success of Jersey as a highly regarded International Financial Centre. Supporting the wider organisation, by delivering essential support function services, with a particular focus on helping ensure regulatory effectiveness and ensuring operational excellence.
The candidate will deliver the following outcomes:

Support the Change team in delivering a strategic project within a fixed timeframe.

Facilitate clear, transparent and consistent communication across key stakeholder group.

Translate stakeholders’ input into actionable plans to ensure smooth transition and delivery.
- Identifying potential risks, develop mitigation strategies and handle issues proactively to maintain delivery
