Exciting FTC role undertaking business and system analysis, developing and defining business and data requirements, and suggesting improvements. Duties involve analysing policies and procedures, working with technical subject matter experts to ensure understanding; ensuring requirements successfully progressed through to testing and implementation; defining and setting up governance structure to deliver projects in line with best practice; managing risks; managing direct and indirect project resources to identify capacity constraints and solve shortfalls; monitoring, reporting and evaluating progress of assigned projects; setting up and monitoring project plans and budgets, implementing controls and escalation procedures; working collaboratively with support teams; undertaking Project Management and Business Analysis duties for ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Experience of iManage and ViewPoint is essential as is proven track record in project delivery and successful system implementations/upgrades, using different project management techniques; proficiency in Prince 2, Agile and MSP desirable; proven track record in business analysis, using appropriate tools/techniques to define requirements and document processes – Lean Six Sigma, ISEB certifications desirable; proven track record dealing with stakeholders globally; proven solution-orientated critical thinking; ability to drive effective operational change; excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and relationship skills; strong understanding of change management; attention to detail; strong IT proficiency; understanding of complex business processes and problems in legal/financial services; ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
