The successful candidate will be a primary point of contact in the relationship between the Bank and a designated portfolio of Financial Intermediary clients proactively managing these clients’ needs and optimising the generation of revenue from those relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying any opportunities to develop a broader relationship with existing and new clients and ensure that all client contact opportunities are utilised as an opportunity to promote the Bank by deliverance of a timely, professional and accurate service
  • In conjunction with Team Lead and other business line heads work to develop a pro-active sales program for the Financial Intermediary market
  • Mentor and involve your designated assistant relationship managers in the managing of the client book from business development, account opening, reviews, administrative tasks and general client servicing
