Role is to manage portfolio of high net worth client accounts providing relationship support ensuring optimal service and contact strategy, achieving defined revenue targets, understanding customer business and personal financial needs and focusing on management of key accounts; managing lending process structuring credit application and advising on product; managing cost of sales through evaluating margins, cost of service and using delivering strategies; managing sales targets and budgets; dealing with client queries and problems; business growth and development; cross-selling focusing on transactional banking and investment accounts, foreign exchange requirements, Non-Resident, Exchange control and Offshore banking requirements; ensuring client active on internet banking on apps; ensure fulfilment and collateral preparation process; manage completion of annual credit reviews; ensure compliance with regulations; ensure record keeping and maintenance of information; attend to client risk related issues, including KYC/FAIS and other regulatory matters.
Requirements are Degree/equivalent in Business Commerce/Legal/Finance/Business Admin/CFP; completion of FAIS regulatory exams; preferably Masters Degree; 5-7 years client facing banking experience in private banking/private wealth/investment banking/commercial banking; good understanding of operational and administrative processes as well as risk and compliance standards; focus on maintaining high standards of service; good problem solver.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
