Purpose of role to manage assigned portfolio of high net worth client accounts providing advice and relationship support ensuring optimal service, while integrating all products, services and resources, to ensure needs are met, achieving defined revenue targets through retention of existing business and acquisition of new business, in order to maximise profitability.  Postholder will build client relationships and answer client queries; add to customers through cross-selling  specifically focusing on wealth leads and lending opportunities including investment accounts and foreign exchange requirements;evaluation of margins, cost of service and utilisation of the multi-channel delivery strategies; measure, track and manage sales targets and budgets; manage completion of annual credit reviews and drive compliance with regulations and legislation; ensure proper record keeping as well as maintenance of information; attend to client risk related issues, including KYC/FAIS and other regulatory matters.

Candidate will have Business Commerce/Legal/Finance/Business Admin/Law degree and completed FAIS regulatory exams; 5-7 years wealth management experience; competency in up-selling, product knowledge, client servicing and experience.   

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
