Great role opportunity providing effective data management and analysis capability through business reporting and analysis services and acting as subject matter expert.  Role involves maintaining data management policies and procedures; supporting operational requirements by daily ad hoc reporting; supporting Annual Business Plan and budget setting, monitoring and reporting; applying strong discipline to research, capture, analysis, feedback and sign-off of business reporting requirements in line with approved governance framework; identifying goals, investigating issues and proposing solutions; support planning and scheduling of project workshops and events; build strong working relationships; ensure working environment encourages staff to express improvement ideas and share concerns; support and learn from subject matter experts; meet project/development and change objectives.

Requirements are desirably to hold Lean Six Sigma and business analysis qualifications and practical experience as a business analyst; knowledge of relational databases and Alteryx and Power BI software; strong skills in negotiating, mediating, planning, organisation, problem solving and communicating; ability to prioritise; proactive; analytical and conceptual thinker; good team player; can work to deadlines and under pressure; self motivated; "can do" attitude.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
