Great opportunity to provide sec and admin support to fee earners, reporting to a Director, undertaking duties such as diary management, typing, filing and archiving, telephone, checking and processing business related expense claim forms, ensuring data integrity, assisting with conflict checks, booking meeting rooms, equipment and catering, checking and proof reading documents and amending, assisting in creation of new clients/matter on document management system, assisting with billing and collections, analysing time reports and disbursements, preparing draft bills including narrative for fee earner approval, issuing final bills to clients, adding partner and fee earner contacts and ensuring data is up to date to include accurate profiling of contacts, adding partner and fee earner marketing and business development activities to
contacts, adding contacts to LinkedIn, ensuring partners and fee earners review and update their biographies regularly and updating website, updating LinkedIn profiles.
Candidate must be educated to GCSE/A-Level/equivalent; experience with some or all of the above duties; MS Office proficiency; good typing speeds and accuracy are essential; secretarial/administration qualifications advantageous; experience in legal environment beneficial but not essential; good communication, planning and organisational skills; able to proritise effectively and work under pressure; team oriented; flexible.
