Senior Administrator - Corporate

Purpose of role is to deliver first class administrative service to varied portfolio of clients and to assist with supervision and development of junior team members. Postholder will review data and escalate amendments as required to maintain data integrity; liaise with clients regularly; maintain statutory books for own portfolio; oversee client appropriate regulatory documentation (including NRL returns and HMRC filings); coach juniors and manage workflow; delegate and review payment instructions prepared by juniors; understand different requirements/process for payments for high risk clients; analyse WIP for own clients; prepare client billing; send out and settle client invoices; monitor and managed aged debts; assist with the review of accounts/financial statements; schedule and attend meetings; prepare board packs and draft minutes and resolutions; manage client transactions in accordance with timelines set; conduct client reviews; support systems and team specific procedures as well as back up; prepare client adoption documents for own clients; collate CDD documentation.
Candidate will have Table 5 Qualification and sound academic background; preferably studying for ICSA/Fund Admin Diploma/other Table 4 qualification, or willing to obtain; 4 years relevant industry administration experience with at least 3 years’ experience in running own portfolio, preferably with exposure to corporate clients; preferably experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis; working knowledge of Microsoft Office; good knowledge and understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements & working practices; understanding of basic client financial statements; strong communication and organisational skills; able to manage conflicting and demanding deadlines; ability to delegate and coach; flexible; team player; strong commitment to client service excellence; proactive and disciplined approach to work.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
