The purpose of this exciting role is to ensure timely response to investor queries, maintaining the integrity of data and record keeping within core systems and client SLAs and amending static data in system.  Duties involve following controls in place to mitigate risks; help coordinate with CDD/KYC teams to ensure investor documents comply with KYC/CDD requirements; following processes for set up and maintenance of investor static data in the core systems; perform callbacks to validate bank account change requests or new instructions with counterparties; building relationships with key stakeholders; monitoring dedicated static data mailboxes to ensure that all enquiries and change requests are promptly handled via Outlook and in-house query management system; maintaining and managing static data log to track all change requests and follow through to resolution; using static data log and management system to provide regular management reporting; recording and completing checklists for each type of static data request and evidence in Microsoft OneNote.

Requirements are experience of private equity and fund admin; sound problem solving skills; confident working with different systems; good time management skills; good prioritization skills to deal with a high volume of time sensitive tasks quickly and appropriately; able to work collaboratively and effectively with other teams; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; accuracy & attention to detail; ability to work under pressure; positive, collaborative and forward thinking; Relationship Management proficiency; able to work to deadlines; good team player; communication skills.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
