6 month contract providing first class admin service to varied client portfolio, liaising with clients, ensuring strong client relationships, and developing, coaching, monitoring workflow of, and supervising junior team members.  Duties involve reviewing and amending CRM data; maintenance of statutory books for own portfolio; overseeing client regulatory documentation; delegating and reviewing payment instructions; understanding different requirements/process for payments for high risk clients; undertaking periodic client reviews; analysing work in progress; preparing billing control forms; monitoring aged debt; scheduling, attending, preparing board papers for, and minuting meetings; drafting resolutions; preparing checklists for drawdowns, distributions, investments, client set up and Power of Attorney; assisting with review of accounts/financial statements; requesting CDD documentation and understanding what documentation is acceptable; supporting systems and team specific procedures.

Candidate must be flexible and able to "hit the ground running"; Table 5 Qualification and sound academic background; desirably studying for/willing to study for ICSA/STEP/Fund Admin Diploma/equivalent; 4 years industry admin experience with at least 3 years’ experience running own portfolio, preferably with exposure to corporate clients; desirably experience developing and coaching others on a one to one basis; working knowledge of MS Office; understanding of current local finance industry legislation, regulatory requirements and basic client financial statements; able to manage conflicting deadlines; able to delegate and coach; team player; motivated; strong commitment to client service excellence; proactive.
