Description
Our client seeks the ideal candidate to administer a varied client portfolio and liaise with clients daily. He/she will maintain statutory books for own portfolio; oversee NRL returns and HMRC filings; review CRM data and amend as required; supervise, coach and delegate payment instructions to junior staff; understand requirements/process for payments for high risk clients; conduct periodic client reviews; schedule, prepare draft agendas for, and attend meetings; draft minutes and resolutions; analyse WIP for own clients; prepare Billing Control Forms; monitor and manage aged debts; prepare checklists for investments, Power of Attorney, client set up and distributions; assist with review of accounts/financial statements; request appropriate CDD documentation; liaise with banks/agents and JFSC registry; provide team support with systems and specific procedures.
Requirements are a Table 5 qualification and sound academic background; 4 years relevant industry administration experience with at least 3 years’ experience in running own portfolio, preferably with exposure to corporate clients; desirably studying for/willing to study for ICSA/STEP/Fund Admin Diploma/equivalent; desirably experience coaching others on individual basis; working knowledge of MS Office; good understanding of finance industry legislation and regulations and basic client financial statements; able to manage conflicting and demanding deadlines; able to delegate; strong commitment to client service excellence; flexible; team player; proactive.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
