Description

Great role working under senior supervision delivering corporate admin services to varied portfolio of real estate clients and related entities.  Postholder will manage and lead on European primary relationship work; oversee real estate clients; liaise with clients and lawyers; transaction management, including organizing and attending client meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions, attending to statutory filings, maintaining statutory records; undertaking administrative reviews of property specific documents and coordinating UK tax filings; processing bank payments; reconciliation of payment logs and approvals; production and circulation of invoices, fee collection and chasing debtors; supervise staff training; identify improvements and efficiencies; monitor WIP and billing and undertake fee reviews; ensure compliance with laws and internal policies including AML and CTF, reporting suspicious activity or transactions, CDD and record keeping; project work.

Candidate will preferably have 4-6 years’ relevant experience in finance industry; strong academic background, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Working towards/holding ICSA/equivalent; excellent organisational and communication skills; strong working knowledge of real estate specific structures, an understanding of real estate specific UK taxation, and sound accounting fundamentals; strong working knowledge of Viewpoint an advantage; working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point; good understanding of statutory laws and AML regulations; responsive and client focused; attention to detail; ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative; ability to provide training/mentoring; committed to achieving excellence.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
