Exciting opportunity administering diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional clients and managing client relationships, expectations and transactions effectively and to a high standard.  Postholder will provide technical support and training; maximise potential for referrals and repeat work; support Transaction Management team with incorporation of companies, effectively complete on-boarding and AML processes; meet transactional and internal procedural deadlines; manage WIP and debt collection; ensure timely processing of regulatory filings via Registry portal in compliance with legislation and internal policies; ensure consistently high quality client service levels are adhered to across the teams portfolio of clients and deal swiftly with any identified issues; ensuring CDD processed accurately and client reviews up to date; keep up with regulatory changes and industry standards; assist with data input and maintenance within governance services practice management database.

Candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and work as part of a team; positive and flexible approach; ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and people in order to meet deadlines; able to work independently; initiative, be proactive and well-organised; knowledge of specialist industry software such as Document Management Systems and Viewpoint.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
