Exciting role leading a team, attending and minuting meetings, liaising with clients, overseeing production and circulation of board packs, providing minutes training, periodic reporting of statistics in relation to the status of outstanding minutes; coordinating routine statutory filings for client entities; reviewing company secretarial procedures and minutes templates to make recommendations for improvements; providing requests for information on compliance and regulatory issues; ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; reviewing files and maintaining companies in good standing; coordinating compliance and regulatory reporting for Client’s entities, including collating information for compliance monitoring programmes and periodic client reviews; coordinating AML and Compliance Committee Meetings; acting as A Level Authorised Signatory and supporting review of electronic payment instructions to settle routine fund and partner expenses.
Candidate will have administration experience supported by ICSA Diploma/equivalent with a company secretarial and/or compliance focus; sound technical financial services knowledge; computer literacy skills are essential; proficient in minutes writing; excellent interpersonal skills; ideally some people management experience; evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship; quick to learn new systems. Training will be provided.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
