Exciting opportunity providing reporting, functional and communications support, developing campaign materials content and helping further develop digital strategy and manage digital projects; help set KPIs, integrate target lists/identify target data from CRM, optimise content and produce reports on performance of campaigns making recommendations for improvements; produce digital assets for online platforms including website, email marketing, advertising and social campaigns; manage website upkeep including updating content, liaising with the web agency and monitoring performance analytics; contribute to email marketing tool including setting up new users, providing training and maintaining templates; research and horizon-scan for new and developing digital channels and functionality; support on-boarding and educating .
Role can be based in Jersey, Guernsey or London.
