Exciting opportunity providing reporting, functional and communications support, developing campaign materials content and helping further develop digital strategy and manage digital projects; help set KPIs, integrate target lists/identify target data from CRM, optimise content and produce reports on performance of campaigns making recommendations for improvements; produce digital assets for online platforms including website, email marketing, advertising and social campaigns; manage website upkeep including updating content, liaising with the web agency and monitoring performance analytics; contribute to email marketing tool including setting up new users, providing training and maintaining templates; research and horizon-scan for new and developing digital channels and functionality; support on-boarding and educating .

The successful candidate must have strong experience in website content management systems, HTML email marketing software and social media tools as well as a good understanding of key digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, GA and other reporting tools. Basic Photoshop and video editing skills, would also be beneficial.  Good understanding of integration and use of CRM systems in e-marketing; basic to intermediary knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Photoshop and video editing skills; background in marketing campaigns and social content development; experience in Google Analytics; familiar with digital reporting tools and data visualisation; excellent  communications skills; exemplary attention to detail.

Role can be based in Jersey, Guernsey or London.
