This highly numerical position involves candidate administering variety of private equity, real estate and fund of fund structures and liaising with clients and intermediaries.  He/she will process and co-ordinate routine and complex fund operations including production of calls and distribution notices to investors; ensuring accurate investor records maintained and processing investor changes/transfers; producing/reviewing investor reporting including monthly unit holdings, monthly cash flow reporting, quarterly NAV packs, quarterly management accounts, quarterly investor capital accounts, quarterly investor fact sheets / reporting; ensuring deliverables and SLAs are met; dealing with investor queries; mentoring, developing and reviewing work of junior staff.

The candidate will have experience in a fund administration or financial services environment although transferrable skills from another industry will be considered; at a minimum, be ACCA or ACA part qualified; sound technical financial services knowledge; computer literacy skills are essential; very good interpersonal skills are required; quick to learn new systems.  Training provided.
