Senior Fund Administrator - Private Equity

Great role opportunity administering complex range of funds, management companies and associated fund structures and liaising with clients; co-ordinating company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board and shareholder meetings; processing and co-ordinating routine and complex fund operations; ensuring accurate investor records maintained and processing all investor changes/transfers; preparing manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and to ensure the maintenance of the electronic payments library; ensuring staff are trained on electronic banking systems and co-ordinate the opening of new bank accounts; ensuring regulatory and statutory filings are made in a timely manner; managing accounts distribution and filing process; acting as mentor to junior staff under supervision of senior staff.
The candidate will be expected to be part-qualified with a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Diploma level or equivalent); strong financial services experience; computer literacy skills are essential; very good interpersonal and relationship skills; quick to learn new systems. Training will be provided.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
