Purpose of role to oversee, lead and mentor Corporate Services team responsible for excellent client service delivery, build on existing client relationships and be responsible for providing excellent client service; accountable for own and team’s overall financial performance and for achieving own and team’s production targets as set on annual basis; act in fiduciary capacity whilst taking into account regulatory guidelines and codes of practice and as directed by JFSC; act as high-level reference for client team on complex/high level transactions, procedural queries/problems/proposals; responsible for a large diversified portfolio of corporate clients, acting as the high-level point of contact for those clients; provide accounting assistance and oversee financial reporting process; seek new business opportunities/income generating activities from existing clients; set up and design regular client visitation program and ensure key clients met regularly; assist on complex transactions, provide training; ensure team adhere to internal procedures and external requirements; identify training and resource requirements; act as a ‘B’ Authorised Signatory.

Candidate will have professional approach and demonstrate strong team management; understand regulatory requirements for a Jersey regulated business; maintain evolving knowledge of client transactions, including complex transactions; hold professional qualification; ideally at least 2 experience in a similar role; hold principal person status in accordance with the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998.
