Senior Officer, Fiduciary Management

Postholder will provide confidential administration to designated list of Private Client fiduciary entities undertake complex and bespoke services, acting as point of contact for client and training, coaching and mentoring of team members; assist Fiduciaries with programme of regular client and advisor visits and attend local meetings; assist with broadening of client relationships; provide support to Fiduciaries in respect of procedures; analysis of client requests for technical input; assist Fiduciaries with fee reviews in light of current service delivery and requirements to ensure recovery of work in progress and fee collection targets; provide first line support service to all clients within the Fiduciary and Client Structure Teams; ensure compliance to all policies and procedures; ensure all projects are achieved.
Candidate must have proven industry experience in fiduciary operation of trusts, companies, foundations and nomineeships; exceptional Client Service experience; studying towards/completed JFSC Regulations approved professional qualification; excellent attention to detail including fast and accurate keyboard skills; competent use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
