Postholder will support Relationship Managers and duties will include: providing day to day first line transactional support to the relationship managers including but not limited to completion of application for account opening, registration for internet banking and client access, review and investigation of payments with other departments and preparation of lending and any other relevant documentation; assisting with on-boarding of new clients, ensuring adherence to WIN Compliance guidelines, strategy and policy while meeting the expectations of client; assist with projects; contribute to credit applications and renewals and assist with credit process; identify possible sales opportunities and generate new business; provide excellent client relationship management and client service by addressing and understanding client needs; deliver effective and risk-aware solutions; ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements; escalate issues; support achievement of targets; maintain systems record keeping by conducting weekly updates, periodic maintenance of assigned databases, spreadsheet and client account information to facilitate ease of data retrieval and data integrity.

Candidate must have minimum GCSE passes and A Levels/equivalent in Banking, Accounting and Finance; competence in client servicing, product knowledge, banking processes, credit delivery, account opening and maintenance, embracing change, teamwork and articulating information.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
