Senior Officer, Trustee & Client Relationships 12 month FTC

Our client is seeking a Senior Officer for a period of 12 months, to be responsible for assisting the Associate and Client Relationship Principal with their portfolio of clients, potentially covering the following services; International pension plans, deferred compensation plans, employee benefit trusts and Jersey property unit trusts. The Senior Officer will support with maintaining and developing existing relationships and liaise with other teams within the division and throughout the bank on a regular basis regarding client issues. The role holder will prepare and monitor timetables for key client events, for example annual contributions/vesting of awards; Collect KYC documentation; Document trustee decisions and ensure any periodic reviews and trigger events are actioned within expected deadlines and any action points cleared, amongst other things. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a Corporate Trust environment, hold a professional qualification STEP or ICSA and have the ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and with minimal supervision.
