Senior Officer/Assistant Manager, Business Support Team

Exciting opportunity to play key role in Business Support team, providing a variety of tasks to ensure that processes and projects are improved and delivered which drive operational excellence. Postholder will be innovative at suggesting ways to improve efficiency and to find solutions; act as role model to implement group culture; build strong relationships across wider business; ensure compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures; identify risks or concerns and report them in a timely manner; ensure excellent level of client service.
Candidate will be team player with great IT skills and an eye for detail; be very organised and able to prioritise; strong communication skills; in depth knowledge of local regulatory knowledge; relevant professional qualification; strong IT knowledge; good understanding of the relevant laws relating to Trust Company Business; hgod understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a Fiduciary business; at least 10 years relevant industry experience, and at least 3 years in a project focused role.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
