Senior Trust Officer (6 month contract)

Exciting role supporting Private Wealth client relationships and managing service delivery needs, in accordance with service standards and company policies and procedures, proactively developing existing client relationships, supporting with team’s client relationships and supporting new business commercial activities to develop new relationships. Postholder will be B/C Level Authorised Signatory; assist with profitability, revenue targets and financial performance; assist with creation and meeting of industry beating SLAs and KPIs to monitor performance, and flag any issues; support client relationship managers with achievement of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization targets; support with initiatives and projects; support service delivery improvements; ensure all work invoiced on time and in line with client contracts; support on outstanding client debt; identify sales opportunities; maintain CPD; work closely with internal audit/compliance and key stakeholders to improve and maintain strong control environment.
The successful candidate will have strong relationship and communication skills; be customer service oriented with a passion for consistently exceeding client expectation; good knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft Office; good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards; ideally 2 years relevant experience; ideally hold/willing to study towards a JFSC Table 5 qualification; relevant professional qualification, ideally A level or equivalent.
