The purpose of this position is to carry out user access reviews on all applications and banking platforms administered and investigate and implement measures to enhance these processes. Duties involve assisting with organisation and signing of paperwork; following robust procedures and controls; access administration across multiple banking platforms, applications and systems; accurate execution of processes and procedures to ensure access administration performed in controlled and auditable manner; completion of application and system re-certifications to ensure access rights appropriate; ensure appropriate segregation of duties adequately maintained across applications and services; investigate ways in which current access reviews can be automated/more efficient going forward and implement these measures; some travel to other jurisdictions will be required
The successful candidate will have experience and sound knowledge of using MS Outlook and MS Word; expert MS Excel knowledge and experience - this is crucial; experience of operating within tight controls, processes and procedures; accuracy with keen eye for detail; ability to follow documented processes accurately and efficiently; quick to learn new systems; strong problem solving and organisational skills; excellent attention to detail; solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to co-ordinate with outside teams and clients regarding policies, procedures or standards and controls; cooperative and strong individual contributor; desirably experience administering banking platforms, carrying out user access reviews and administering financial application systems. Training will be provided.
