Temporary Marketing Executive

The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the marketing team to ensure an excellent service. Candidate will support implementation of events, direct marketing campaigns, photography, and online and print advertising; undertake primary market research, including target and competitor research, utilising data services and other industry and online sources; update the website and intranet with content, including communications, copy, new adverts and photographs; update marketing collateral, including: brochureware, presentations, team sheets, structure charts and photography; administration of monthly invoicing and expenses process, team travel bookings and courier services; administer marketing inbox and answer basic queries; manage merchandise stock; organise sourcing and re-ordering of stocks; compile and distribute financial and statistical information, such as online campaign results or budget spreadsheets.
Requirements are proven experience within a marketing role; excellent organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail; excellent interpersonal, communications and written skills; strong research and data mining skills to build prospect lists and competitor research; computer literacy skills are essential, with an excellent knowledge of MS office applications, knowledge of Adobe InDesign/illustrator/Photoshop would be useful.
