Description

Exciting six - twelve month contract opportunity administering portfolio of trust and company structures and maintaining highest standards of administration including the periodic production of reports/analyses to third parties.  Duties include drafting/preparing minutes/resolutions; liaising with investment advisers, asset managers and other professional advisers; attending client meetings with client directors and managers; observing CDD at all times; recording all time on the Company’s time recording system and ensuring narrative is clear; achieving financial targets set. 

Requirements are to be able to identify gaps in information and conduct analyses to solve/resolve problems; ability to be proactive and show initiative in putting forward recommendations on managing more complex situations; strong planning, communication and organisational skills; able to prioritise.
