Trainee Administrator - Real Estate

Our client seeks the ideal candidate to join the Real Estate service line supporting legal offering in key jurisdictions, handling the most demanding & complex transactions, whilst focusing on excellent customer service. Duties involve assisting with the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of companies, trusts and limited partnerships; preparation of minutes, resolutions and correspondence, coordinating the timely execution of documentation; attending to statutory filings in accordance with applicable deadlines; processing of bank payments, reconciliation of payment logs and approvals; ensuring client records are maintained accurately; accurately recording all time spent dealing with client matters and ensuring clients are correctly invoiced.
Candidate must be self-motivated and organised, with a positive 'can do' attitude, good attention to detail and excellent communication and organisational skills.; relevant previous experience - university graduates, ideally with a business related degree, or A Level graduates with an exceptional academic track record. Candidates should either be studying towards or keen to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
