Trainee Administrators, Private Clients

Purpose of role is to follow a tailored training program developed to meet the level of educational background and ensure the individual acquires the necessary skills to progress to a Client Administrator. He/she will support team in day to day client admin in accordance with company’s policies and procedures and in compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements; process banking payments; organise and prepare documents/files for couriers; assist administrators in processing incoming and outgoing post; data input and maintenance; work flexibly with other administrative staff as required to ensure cover is available at all times; meet productivity target and input timesheet daily; provide general admin support to the team, which may include printing, scanning, filing, binding of documents and photocopying.
Candidate will have at least 5 GCSEs at C grade and above to include English Language and Mathematics, and 3 A-level Qualifications (C or above), or equivalent and/or a Graduate; literacy in MS Office package; an enquiring mind and the drive to learn and progress; able to follow a defined process; strive for high standards of delivery to clients; record time accurately and within deadline; understands and apply control and risk and governance frameworks consistently; act with integrity; trustworthy team member who considers those around them; able to communicate (verbally and through written work) information in a clear and concise manner.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
