Trainee Resourcing Administrator

This is a great role, liaising with recruitment agencies and direct applicants; updating job descriptions; advertising vacancies on recruitment system; arranging candidate interviews; producing contracts and offer letters; liaising with hiring managers; assisting with the new joiner process; liaising with internal teams regarding new joiners; setting up new joiners on internal HR system and all other new joiner administration; induction for junior new joiners; assist in specific HR Projects; assist HR Team.
Candidate will have A Levels/BTEC/IB; GCSE English and Maths at A or B grade; preferably a Degree; office administration experience; preferably experience in recruitment; detailed working knowledge of MS Office; accuracy with good attention to detail; strong analytical, communication and numerical skills; ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines; initiative; tact, discretion and diplomacy; self-starter; commitment to providing an excellent service; innovative; motivated; proactive.
