Description

Purpose of role to support officers administering employee share schemes, pension schemes and funds structures, ensuring regulatory requirements, operational standards and controls complied with.  Postholder will ensure workload processed according to deadlines; prepare transaction paperwork and input payments; make static Data updates using NAVOne; prepare reporting packs for internal audit controls; organise general filing/archiving/ scanning and save reporting packs; manage meeting diaries; billing and working capital cycle – prepare monthly billing packs; send out invoices and chase debtors; maintain training and development to continually improve ability and performance; manage recurring fund reporting; assist in internal projects such as FATCA/CRS reporting and KYC/administration reviews; general administration duties.

Candidate has strong academic record – educated to GCSE level or higher; able to facilitate teamwork; communication skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook); experience of an office environment helpful; on the job training will be provided and potential for supporting external studies (ICSA/STEP).

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
