Trust & Company Administrator

Purpose of role is to administer trusts and companies and ensure statutory obligations and AML regulations being met. Duties involve preparing minutes; ensuring returns filed in compliance with jurisdiction; providing training to juniors; maintaining accurate records in client entity database including setting up new clients; ensuring client assets correctly identified and allocated; maintaining and updating entity records; ensuring performance reviews completed timely; be proactive in suggesting efficiency improvements; preparing payment instructions; assisting with collection fees; complying with health & safety regulations; ensuring payment requisition forms and incoming funds forms prepared.
Candidate will hold Table 5/Trust & Company Business Codes of Practice qualification to qualify as a Category “C” employee and willing to progress with further studies; strong communication, relationship, clerical, MS Office and business acumen skills; good knowledge of offshore financial services, regulatory environment and customer products and processes; good working knowledge of Unity and RDC software; team player; proactive; knowledge of Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 Codes of Practice for Trust Company and Funds Business.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
