Description

The purpose of this role is to deliver a high-quality trust and company administration service and develop and enhance client relationships; assist with team revenue budgets; development, training and appraisal of staff; assist with running of teams; manage and develop complex portfolio of company and trust structures; monitor team’s timeliness, accuracy and output; act as reference to minimise business risk; encourage compliance with policies and risk management; dealing with complaints/enquiries; prepare resolutions and minutes; cash management of client portfolio, including the control and clearance of fees; ensure team and individual financial and non-financial targets are met; assist with completion of all budget calculations; work within team to help identify areas for improvement; develop and sustain broad technical knowledge across products and services; attend client meetings and maintain full, accurate files/notes of all meetings/calls/conversations.

Candidate will have good understanding of laws of local jurisdiction and of basic features of different types of investment product; working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word; good numeracy skills and ability to understand routine documents; ability to deal with conflicting demands under pressure; ability to demonstrate effective communication skills; knowledge of business procedures, standards, policies and procedures.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
