Exciting role taking enhanced responsibility for administering a balanced portfolio of Companies, Trust and Foundations including debt collection; adhering to internal Standard Operating Procedure; communicating regularly with clients on a regular basis; recording all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure correct invoicing; producing and submitting statutory returns; assisting in opening bank accounts and processing payments; maintaining bank statements, doc perm and safe custody duplication and protector consent records; drafting of minutes for approval; completion or review of checklists; being innovative with ideas for efficiency improvements; driving personal development using resources available to achieve success; ensuring AML training up to date whilst maintaining an awareness of the risk of Money Laundering and taking necessary action.
Candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and an ability to work with others; excellent Client Focus; appropriate IT Skills; excellent attention to detail and able to work to deadlines; at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role; ideally hold a first level Trust and Company qualification or be studying towards a professional qualification, such as ICSA/STEP; strong academic background; able to deal with tasks independently & use own initiative; proactive and forward thinking; broad understanding of wide range of products offered.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
