Katie is our Recruitment & Business Development Consultant who has 10 years of recruitment experience coupled with twenty years of progressive expertise in Customer Service, Administration, Secretarial Support and Human Resources. She is a highly organised customer-centric Recruitment professional, and her expertise spans several sectors including Finance & Accounting, Business & Administration, Marketing & Creative, Sales & Retail, and Healthcare & Education.
She is dedicated to maximising client and candidate satisfaction, whilst being motivated by developing positive long-lasting relationships with all levels of personnel and clients. Katie has worked with candidates from Junior up to Director Level both locally and internationally. After spending 7 years living and working in the Uk, she has returned home to Jersey where she has begun her career at Thomas & Dessain looking after the Funds, Marketing, HR, Customer Service, PA, Office Support and Trainee roles.
