This role administers a portfolio of trust and company structures, including periodic production of reports/analyses to third parties, drafting minutes/resolutions, attending client meetings, observing CDD, achieving financial targets.
Candidate will have proven experience, ideally in trust and company administration/financial services/legal services; proactive with initiative; excellent communication skills; studying towards STEP/CGI.
